Opportunities came around for me to wear the
Viking helmet while hanging out with a group of coworkers after
work. Soon after the conversation with this waitress ended, I
pulled my goatee up and over my ears and walked to the front of the
restaurant to chat with the Ford Model T convention group. I
scared one woman when I pulled my goatee off my ears and stroked it.
She thought that it was really a beard.

Story time!
It has been said that my Norwegian ancestors didn't enjoy cold eggs
. I still make breakfast for crowds by serving them
"Norwegian Breakfast Sandwich,"
The sandwich begins with a pancake as large as a
plate. The next layer starts with an omelet with various
fillings. A large pile of pan fried potato chunks covers the
other half of the cake. A pancake equally large covers the top
to make a sandwich. Serve with maple syrup. As you eat this,
you can enjoy your potato chunks without worrying about your eggs
getting cold. This is not a meal I create unless there
is a large group around. I use to get orders for 1/2 breakfast
and 1/4 breakfasts because of the enormity of it all. I
wouldn't serve you a portion that I couldn't eat on my own.
