Since the time I took my
first trip to Europe, I've said, "I've got 5 years
for Italy."
My friend Diane emailed a note to me with a price quote of $320
round trip
airfare from Philadelphia to Rome. I couldn't pass that offer
up. We decided to
travel together for 9 days. With such a short trip, we focused
on hitting several
towns as quickly as possible.
This trip has only reinforced the words, "I've got 5 years for
Italy."
Below each photograph, you will
find a box like the one you see here. I'll may write a bit
about each photo. The words I write will be above the small
brownish line.

“A Taste of Italy”
I met Dave through our interest in travel and photography. I believe
travel is one of the best forms of education. Appreciating other
cultures and customs expands your mind. Prior to having the means
and
some freedom to explore this amazing world we live in, I would spend
hours looking at magazines and photographs of the world. Photography
is
my favorite form of art. I am not a photographer, but I appreciate
