Wondering the streets of Vancouver after the
evening meal. Dew with a couple of local ladies.
Five hours of sleep in the car was all I needed. I woke and
drove back to the interstate highway to begin the final push to
Seattle and beyond. The sunrise over eastern Oregon was even
more entertaining than the previous sunrise over Nebraska. I
enjoyed the rounded curves of the mountains and how the light lay
upon them. I stopped briefly in Seattle to explore a bit of
the city that I'd visited on my first trip in September 1997.
Eventually, I headed north to the border.
