Sandhill Cranes

Evening in Indiana.  One of very few photographs that I shot in Indiana during the past several years.   Sandhill Cranes hang out at Jasper Polaski State reserve during their fall migration.  Thousands of birds from Wisconsin gather here in September before heading further south to the Gulf Coast.
