I was planning to go to the Smoky Mountains in late April to shoot photos of the full moon, but heard that my buddy John and wife Heidi from Germany were in Indianapolis. It would probably be best to stay and hang out with them since I hadn't seen them for several years. That night, they invited me to stay with them at their home in Germany anytime I wish. I told them that I'd be there later this year.  On September 1st 1999, I flew out of Indianapolis... destination - Oslo Norway. There, I rented a car and drove around for 17 days.  Some of the photographs shot during that time period are posted on 4 index pages.   After having a few beers at Munich's Oktoberfest, I rode a train to Prague, Czech Republic.  Two days wandering this beautiful old city allowed my lens to see several unique sights. I also spent some time in Amsterdam during this trip, but haven't posted those photographs yet.
