Christmas Morning near
Lockport, Nova Scotia. The tide had washed away some of the
fresh snow, leaving some contrast.

Christmas Day, Friday
I woke up on a beach.
With the fresh snow, there would be many beautiful pictures to be
had. My plan was to drive across the center of lower Nova
Scotia and get a look at the Bay of Fundy during the day light.
I found some nice scenes near Lockeport, then moved on. I
still was a bit leery about driving on the snow with my Southland
tires, but had to push on anyways. If I got stuck somewhere, I
had enough food to last for a couple of days, or maybe I might find
a nice family that would let me into their home. My first stop
after I left the coast was at Kejimkujik National Park. After
calling my grandparents, I did a bit of hiking near a stream.
I shot some great scenes there, but because I arrived around noon,
the lighting was really bad and the photos are not lit well at all.
Off to the Bay of Fundy, I went. Sunset shots there
where not very good either. I than returned to Peggy's Cove so
that I could shoot some pictures of the Lighthouse with snow around
it.
