I took a quick weekend tour of
Lower Michigan just to see what I could see. I was in Port
Austin as the sun went down my 2nd night out so I decided to sleep
close to a nearby lighthouse. At this time, I still had no
idea what I would see in the morning. Driving myself to the
light I found that there is a campground on the lighthouse property.
I paid a small fee to camp and woke just before the sun.
Shortly after the sun lit the area, I exposed this frame.
A fog had settled over Lake Huron during the night. The sun
was high enough to cast a bit of light across the tower, but had not
yet burned the fog off the lake.
